NHS GLOBAL NHS Global is a new organisation that works in partnership with government departments, including UK Trade and Investment (UKTI), to coordinate the UK’s delivery of healthcare solutions to international governments and organisations. NHS Global aims to provide international commercial and philanthropic services through support and advice to NHS organisations wishing to compete in the global market and hence grow the NHS brand and reputation internationally. NHS Global will mobilise the best that the NHS has to offer: High quality care and expertise for the international market Powerful collaboration with the commercial sector including design, construction, communication and IT industries Work with international governments and healthcare organisations to co-produce healthcare solutions that meet your objectives. NHS Global are able to source NHS expertise from our best
specialist and general hospitals, primary care providers, national agencies (such as the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) and the Health Protection Agency (HPA)), and information technology. It also works closely with the Royal Colleges and UK universities. NHS Global works jointly with UK Trade & Investment (UKTI), with
its network of trade promotion experts throughout the world. Its engagement methods are through: 1. Major ‘Government to Government’ engagement on behalf of
alongside the NHS to improve clinical services through incisive analysis of how they are delivered, and the implementation of solutions leading to improved efficiency as well as better patient experiences and outcomes. UK industry’s expertise in designing and delivering services in
collaboration with NHS clinical experts is well recognised, and has resulted in some striking success stories. Providers of private health insurance and treatment are also a key part of the UK’s health system.
