One last missive from columnist Jim Murray
JIM MURRAY
All good things must come to an end and so it is that this issue will be the last to contain a column from Jim Murray. The Whisky Bible author
came aboard the good ship Unfi ltered back in 2008 when the Society’s newsletter was given a makeover to tie in with our 25th anniversary celebrations. There was already a link between Jim and the Society as one of the fi rst articles he ever wrote on whisky at the start of his professional
writing career was all about the start of the Society. Having him contribute to the magazine was also a real coup – as Jim rarely, if ever, writes for magazines. During the last three
years, Jim has provided a constant supply of thought- provoking (and occasionally opinion-dividing!) columns. We thank him for his work and wish him well.
