Aventura Catering, offers extraordinary event cuisine, and 25- year veteran Executive Chef Jesus Cibrian focuses on quality ingredients and taste.Aventura works with local farmers to pro- vide locally grown, fresh organic produce; uses disposable paper products and flatware made of recycled biodegradable material; and participates in the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s sustainable seafood initiative. The company also works withWaste Not to provide leftover food to local food banks and shelters. Event menus can be planned during private tasting sessions held in the Innovation Kitchen. Additionally, plan- ners enjoy a“OnePoint of Contact Service Model” in the Innovation Studio, an event- design center where clients can select table settings and decorations and finalize event logistics. al other venues, including the Executive Conference Center DowntownPhoenix, located on the 200 level of the PhoenixCon- vention Center’sWest Building, and offering 21,000-plus square feet of high-end meeting space, state-of-the-art technology, a 192-seat Lecture Hall, and several boardrooms. Symphony Hall provides a 2,312-seat auditorium with upgraded acoustics. Its reconfigured main floor has cross-aisles, multiple elevators, and wheelchair-accessible seating.Thehall is equipped with a60'X100' stage; high-tech sound, lighting, and rigging systems; green room; rehearsal hall; and star, chorus, and musician dressing rooms. For a distinctive setting, there’s the convention-center–managed,
historic Orpheum Theatre, built in 1929, and featuring a 1,364- seat auditorium and a baroque Spanish design. Five parking garages managed by the Phoenix Convention Center yield con- veniencenomatterwhichfacility groups utilize. Undergroundpark- ing is available in theNorth andWest garages and withinwalking distance at the Heritage, East, and Regency garages.
