AVEX Ballot date announced

The AVEX Team are delighted to announce the AVEX Ballot will be held on Tuesday 26th June 2012 at the Forest of Arden Hotel & Country Club, Birmingham.

AVEX 2013, the International Vending and Water Exhibition organised by the Automatic Vending Association in partnership with the European Drinking Water Cooler Association (EDWCA), is the largest UK based show of its kind. The exhibition is returning to the excellent NEC, Birmingham and now has 3 open days Tuesday 11th – Thursday 13th June 2013.

New and exciting plans are in place to ensure the show is bigger and better with a greater attendance including the introduction of Café Vend, aimed directly at the HoReCa market, a general hospitality reception within the hall at the end of the first day and the introduction of the AVA awards evening held on the end of the second night. Even better for loyal members and repeat exhibitors is that the show exhibitor’s rates have been held at the same level as 2009 to ensure all exhibiting companies gain maximum benefit from AVEX 2013.

Attendance at the Ballot is an absolute must for any company which considers stand position to be important and who require the best possible booking terms.

Benefits of attending the ballot are:- • Members of the AVA and EDWCA will be able to secure the best available stands at the best possible prices • For the first time ever, previous exhibitors and other non-members will be able to attend the ballot and have first choice of the remaining stands at excellent Early Bird rates
