With So Many Supplement Choices, Ever Wonder. . . “Where Do I Start?”

Empowering Extraordinary Health™ In 2011, I traveled across America talking to groups large and small about their health. My

itinerary included 54 different cities and thousands of miles through the air and by car. I spoke to groups as small as 10 and as large as 400. From Coeur D’ Alene, Idaho to Flower Mound, Texas to New York, New York, I made my way across America. If you could tag along with me for a week of lectures, here is what you’d fi nd. You would see an

America that is lost when it comes to their health. You would see hundreds of people who know there is a better way, but are unsure of how to fi nd it. You would even see a handful of people who’ve been blessed to have found their health answers—people who want nothing more than to share their positive experience with others. What has struck me so often in the past year is that people frequently have no idea where

to start their health journey. I’m not all that surprised. With modern technology, megabytes of information are mere seconds away. You can Google, Twitter and Facebook yourself to near insanity trying to sift through virtual reams of information. The phrase paralysis by analysis comes to mind. With so much information, a large amount of it confl icting, many people never start a health journey because they have too much input. With that in mind, I often tailor my message to these people. The fi rst thing I talk about is diet—

obviously the most important health change you can make. My message is simple: it’s all a matter of choice. Instead of eating conventional produce, eat organic produce, preferably raw. Instead of eating farmed fi sh, eat wild-caught, coldwater fi sh. Consume cultured dairy over uncultured dairy. Replace factory farm chicken with pasture-raised chicken and eggs. I go much more in-depth into these choices, but the message is basic. There are simple choices you can make every day that will greatly affect your long-term health.

RAW Whole Food

Multivitamin, a RAW Probiotic & a Concentrated Omega-3

THE BIG 3 If you go back and look at

some of my recommendations for a healthy diet, you will see that they mirror a common trend I am seeing for the general public. I recommend eating wild-caught fi sh because I know people aren’t getting enough omega-3 fatty acids in their diet. I strongly urge people to consume fermented foods and cultured dairy because our diets are lacking in probiotics. I push hard on people to consume raw, organic produce because I understand that most Americans are not getting a wide variety of the vitamins, minerals and nutrients their bodies require. Some people are looking

for supplements to help a specifi c issue. However, the vast majority of people simply want better health. That is why I tell people they need to be taking The Big 3 on a daily basis—three supplements that help make up the nutritional gaps that are most common in our modern diets.

"With so many brands and bottles on the shelf, most people fi nd the proposition of shopping in a health food store for supplements an overwhelming one. When I get the question, 'Where do I start?’ during my events, I tell people they need to be taking The Big Three on a daily basis.

You need a high quality RAW whole food multivitamin, a premium raw, whole food probiotic formula and a pure concentrated Omega-3 to experience extraordinary health.”
