show is aff ordable. It is worth the investment in time by bringing together a world of sports business professionals who are able to network and sample new product ranges.

How is the show diff erent to other domestic UK trade shows?

This is the world’s biggest sports and outdoor event. Munich 2011 saw 80,000 visiting industry professionals from 106 countries. This is a historical increase of more than 25% compared to the prior year, and thus set a new visitor record. This international fl avour enables retailers to sample products from across the world rather than being limited to just domestic suppliers.

Has the economic uncertainty around the Euro Zone had any impact on the build-up to the show at all? There has been no knock on eff ect at all. ISPO Munich is gaining better than ever momentum. The 2012 show is once again experiencing an increase in exhibitor registrations and the reserved exhibit space.
