Fares The fares shown in this brochure are intended to be valid until 29 February 2012, although we reserve the right to adjust particulars and fares at any time. Fares, promotions and savings advertised in this brochure or elsewhere may be withdrawn or changed. Fares shown are per person based on double occupancy (unless otherwise stated), are inclusive of any applicable savings where indicated and subject to availability. Your Cunard Sale
2012-2013 fares shown are inclusive of Your Cunard Sale savings. A number of staterooms have been set aside with the maximum savings, once these have been sold, the saving may reduce or be withdrawn. Savings are per person, based on two guests in a stateroom, and detailed above the fare grid for each voyage.
Complimentary On-Board Spend
On-Board Spend can be used for the purchase of drinks, shore excursions, spa treatments or in the on-board shops. It is not transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, used for medical charges, on-board gaming (including Casino), to make charity donations, to pay for international visas or a future voyage.
Kids Go Free
Applies to two children aged 17 or under travelling in the same stateroom as two fare-paying adults. See page 23 for applicable voyages.
Package Upgrades Hotel packages aren’t available to book with the Exclusive Cunard flights due to the timing, a scheduled flight must therefore be booked. Hotel stays include transfers.
Please note that Your Cunard Sale savings do not apply to package options or package add-ons. Package options are subject to availability and flight dates and fares may change from those shown. Please see the notes on pages 238-239 which apply to all flights. Depending on flight schedules, Cunard will arrange either a transfer to/from the airport, use of facilities at a first class hotel or a local sightseeing tour as appropriate. The embarkation/disembarkation arrangements will be operated should flight schedules require them. These arrangements are at Cunard's discretion and may be subject to change.
World Voyages & Exotic Discoveries 2013 – Private Transfers Private transfers to and from the airport to the port can be arranged in the ports shown below. These prices are per person based on two people sharing a car.

Renewal of Vows Terms & Conditions
Please note that you are bound by the terms and conditions relating to the booking of your holiday with Cunard (as detailed on pages 242-245), and that the following Terms & Conditions are in addition to the standard Booking Conditions.
Cancellation of the Voyage
Please see the Booking Conditions on pages 242-245 for further information on cancelling your voyage. Please note, however, that any packages that have been booked are subject to the same sliding scale of cancellation fees as the voyage.
Cancellation of the package by the Guest
You may cancel the Renewal of Vows package at any time prior to the commencement of the voyage by giving notice in writing to Cunard. However, the following cancellation charges apply: Percentage of package deducted from refund

Cancellation of or alteration to the package by Cunard
Whilst Cunard will endeavour not to cancel or to make any significant alterations to the Renewal of Vows package after a booking confirmation has been issued, Cunard shall nevertheless be entitled at any time to cancel the Renewal of Vows package or to change any elements of the booking where this reasonably becomes necessary on operational, commercial or other grounds. In the case of the Renewal of Vows package being cancelled by Cunard, a full refund will be issued to the passenger.
