n part 1 of this article, Dr Kaabar addressed leadership and proposed ways on how to be an effective leader. In this final part he considers what makes a successful team and how to communicate with the team members as well as how to motivate them. Dr Kabaar also makes some suggestions regarding performance appraisals.


A SUCCESSFUL LABORATORY TEAM If a team is only a team in name it will fail. If a team is real, it is more likely to succeed. A real team has the appropriate people on it.
