K-Swiss K-Swiss enters trail running market
Blade-Max Trail - Trade: £50.55 - RRP: £90 California Sports Company K-Swiss has introduced a new category to its performance running collection with the launch of the Blade-Max Trail™, a hydrophobic, high-mileage trail runner. Built on its knowledge from running, K-Swiss has developed its new trail shoe with all the technologies required to meet the trail runner needs. The Blade-Max Trail combines a durable and supportive upper featuring ion-mask™ by P2i water resistance and Seamfree™ technology with a high-impact cushioning outsole. A point of differentiation from other trail runners, the ion-mask™ finish provides a level of liquid repellency that old technologies simply cannot match while still providing breathability. The addition of a Seamfree™ upper omits any hot spots a runner may face on uneven terrain providing a comfortable ride. The outsole is designed for
rough terrain with use of Blade-Max
Technology™, which positions anatomically placed K-EVA ‘blades’ that align to the angle of impact providing progressive cushioning. These blades also act as an independent suspension and allow for increased traction due to blades’ self- cleaning ability. Loose gravel and sand are swept away with each foot strike because of blades’ angled design. A bed of Superfoam® sits on top of the Blade-Max outsole for further comfort and a Rock Block Protection Plate protects the runner from bumps in the rocky road.
Blade Light Landcruiser - Trade: £34.60 - RRP: £65.00 While, the K-Swiss Blade Light Landcruiser combines a chucker upper with a super comfy K-Swiss exclusive blade sole technology taken from brand’s latest performance running shoes. The result is a super stylish, comfy and light sneaker.

Forge Pro Winter Mid Trade £60 - RRP: £120 Adventure footwear brand Teva has launched the new Forge Pro Winter Mid – a super grippy, midcut boot that helps thrill seekers enjoy action in the snow and ice whilst protecting them from the usual bone crunching slips and accidents. The secret of the boot’s success lies in its Hypergrip Icelock ® technology, which consists of fiberglass-infused pods strategically placed along the length of the sole. These pods drastically increase the shoe’s grip, however slippery the ice or slushy the snow. There’s also a host of tech features such as 200 grams of ThinsulateTM, and a T.I.D.E Seal waterproof membrane, to ensure warm, dry and comfortable feet regardless of the weather. The Forge Pro Winter Mid’s Hypergrip Icelock ® outsoles are built with fiberglass infused pods that are made to grip ice like a wet tongue, keeping your face a safe distance from the ground at all times. A tough yet durable nylon shank keeps your feet stable and in control whilst you negotiate the slippery terrain.
