Cold Box Core Machine
This fire down ladle heater was built to accommodate ladles ranging from 10-30 tons. Engineering the heater with a scis- sor lift enabled us to achieve the adjustable height needed based on the customer’s design parameters. In addition this unit also rotates 120 degrees to allow for direct pick-up of the ladle via an overhead crane. This unique application is not only efficient but also increases refractory life and is designed to sinter newly relined ladles. Please call for details.
