Foundry Products
Gradmatic Equipment Inc. offers an engineered solution for meeting or exceeding OSHA’s Permissible Exposure Level when lining coreless induction melting furnaces with dry, vibratable silica (or other) refractory materials. Uninterrupted forking of sidewall refractory produces a denser lining leading to longer lining life, fewer annual linings, labor and material savings. No worker enters the confined space of the furnace to vibrate furnace bottom material creating a safer work environment. For more information or a demonstration DVD contact:

Automatic Pouring Systems
MorganMMS manufactures ceramic ladle bowls in sizes rang- ing from small bowls for taking molten metal samples to large bowls for ladling metal into molds. Their ability to resist surface penetration from molten metal and slag keeps them free of dirt and contamination, allowing for cleaner samples and ensuring cleaner metal pours. The thermal properties of the clay-graphite material also helps maintain the correct temperature for pouring accurate samples and molds. Also, the light weight of ceramic ladle bowls make them significantly better than metal skimmers where large quantities of material have to be removed over an extended period of time.
