aura or maybe I was a wolf in a past life. One thing I do know is that if reincarnation is possible then I hope I come back as a wolf. After his Norway trip he returned home to East Germany where again he was going about his business of painting. He was contacted by the German company Warwick who are world famous for making bass guitars as well as amplifiers and other musical equipment. Someone at Warwick had seen his work and wanted to commission him to airbrush a series of guitars. So begin his working relationship with the guitar company, they send the instruments with the images and I paint them and send them back. T M Stevens the bassist who is regularly with Bootsy Collins made the trip to my house/stu- dio to discuss the graphics and colors for his bass, that was one cool visit, after we sorted out his work we just sat and jammed me on the drums and him on bass of course. AUTHORS NOTE In the interest of research for this piece I contacted Warwick myself and they were kind enough to let me know that the in- struments that Ingo has airbrushed have gone as far as Puer- to Rico, Cuba, Venezuela, America, Chili, just to name a few countries. If you go to Warwick Basses Amps & Rock&Roll you will find a short video of J T Stevens & Bootsy Collins jamming at a stand from Warwick at a congress. Ok enough plugging for Warwick, I did promise them a mention for information.

I also now teach Master Custom painting at a state run Technical Collage. So for me life is good.

In 2002 the VW auto manufacture got in touch with Ingo, it seems that someone high up had seen his work and they wanted to have a chat with him. He could not refuse as his cu- riosity was just to great. He told me that he did go to work for them but he had to sign a company secrets agreement, luckily for me the agreement was only binding for five years so I can tell you what he was doing there.
