YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME An exciting new design of the ship’s interior has led to the creation of large Veranda Staterooms, each with a full-size veranda. French Balcony Staterooms feature floor-to-ceiling glass doors that slide open to bring the glorious outdoors, inside. The Veranda Suites are true suites, with a veranda off the living room and French balcony in the bedroom. And two stunning Explorer Suites — the largest on Europe’s rivers — each with a wraparound veranda offering 270° views, simply have to be seen to be believed.
RELAX ON THE AQUAVIT TERRACE At the bow of each Viking Longship, the Aquavit Terrace is a remarkable open-air lounge area where you can relax surrounded by Europe’s most enchanting
scenery. The Aquavit Terrace offers a tranquil escape where you can enjoy the river’s scenic landscapes or enjoy a meal al fresco amongst friends.
GOING GREEN With barely a hum, the Viking Longship’s energy- efficient hybrid engines propel the ships along Europe’s storied waterways, offering a remarkably quiet ride. Taking that next step in its environmentally responsible future, Viking has introduced two new “green” features: solar panels and an organic herb garden atop the sun deck.
