syneron Skin lightening ElurE
Application Topical skin care Syneron Inc is pleased to offer new elure™ Advanced Skin Lightening Technology. elure is the first and only topical skin lightening product that works by temporarily reducing melanin—the molecule that accumulates in the skin to cause a darkened and uneven appearance. This innovative product can deliver meaningful improvement in the appearance of skin tone, evenness and radiance in just 1 month. More than this, elure brightens the appearance of the skin without the commonly reported side-effects of traditional skin lightening products. Now, elure joins the list of other successful medical aesthetic products (Rogaine, Retin-A, BOTOX, Latisse) that began with a focus in one scientific community only to migrate into an entirely different use. elure Advanced Skin Lightening is a range of topical aesthetic products offered by Syneron Inc., and dispensed only by dermatologists, plastic surgeons and other medical aesthetic specialists.

Application Ageing, photo-damaged or environmentally-damaged skin For over 40 years chemical peeling has been practiced by physicians to rejuvenate or remodel sun-damaged skin. Both intrinsic and extrinsic ageing changes have been the object of many types of skin peeling including chemical, mechanical and thermal modalities. The common thread tying these methods together is the ability of the skin to heal itself when damaged. All of these methods produce some degree of tissue destruction, which incites the natural repair process within the skin. With the SWiCH™ System it is now possible to achieve repair of the skin without having to induce tissue damage. The body’s

Application Acne reduction Acne vulgaris is one of the most common skin condition, affecting patients of all ages. Introducing the Acleara™ Acne Clearing System, the first continuously-cooled system to treat mild to moderate inflammatory acne (acne vulgaris), comedonal acne, and pustular acne. The Acleara Acne Clearing System is powered by an advanced vacuum and filtered broadband light technology. A vacuum cleans pores by extracting build up of sebaceous material. Along with the targeted heating of sebaceous glands, the endogenous light activates porphryns to destroy P. acnes and reduces sebum production through photodynamic action..

repair systems, including that in the skin, are held in a ready state at all times. Understanding what is needed to trigger the system is the key to the efficacy of the SWiCH System. Any repair system requires a large input of energy. Biologically this is in the form of adenosine triphosphate, or ATP. This energy source is generated by a natural cycle as part of the metabolism of food. For the SWiCH system to be effective, the active ingredients must penetrate into the skin. Next, the repair mechanism must be switched on and the energy supplied-just as you flip a light switch to supply electrical energy to a bulb. The three parts of the SWiCH System are to effect penetration; generate energy; and turn on the repair system.
