Buenos Aires, cortesía de la erupción del volcán al sur de Chile, pero jura y re jura que estará en Lima para el Nuevo Perú Gaming Show 2011 de agosto, que reportamos líneas abajo.
Con profesionales de la industria disertando sobre temas de la actualidad, CIJUEGO PERU tuvo la presentación estelar del Ingeniero Manuel San Román, Director General de Juegos de Casino y Máquinas Tragamonedas del MINCETUR, detallando la situación actual del mercado peruano de juegos de azar que ha logrado vencer un alto margen de ilegalidad mediante un proceso de depuración y adecuación a las normas realizado durante 5 años de gestión, iniciados en 2006, hasta alcanzar un 100% de cobertura legal en establecimientos y máquinas.
Más de 500 visitantes visitaron selectas muestras durante el
miércoles 8 y jueves 9 de Junio, donde líderes de la industria atendieron a operadores locales como Novomatic Admiral, DLV, Konami Gaming Inc., Aristocrat, Bally Technologies, IGT, Atronic System International, Casino Technology, Heal Technology, Mei Group, EGT, Gaming Solutions International, Intervision Gaming, y Evolution Games, entre otros.
Como el espacio no lo permite, en nuestra edición de julio/agosto de Casino International Americano estaremos reportando sobre los eventos de mayo y junio pasado en México, Perú y Panamá, donde la industria del juego sostiene su crecimiento. ¡Nos vemos en Lima en el Nuevo PGS 2011, los días 11 y 12 de agosto!

s we close this edition, Maria Eugenia Crivellini is on her way to Panama to cover the Sagse event in Panama City, as she could not make the journey to Lima for CIJUEGO PERU 2011, owing to the problems generated by the volcano ash in south
Chile that closed airports. However, she has promised to make the New Peru Gaming Show 2011 in August to visit friends and enjoy good food.
CIJUEGO PERU 2011 had some stellar speakers dealing with current gaming topics, but the keynote address by Manuel San Roman, chief regulator for Peru’s MINCETUR (pictured below), covered the progress made by the local industry during his five years at the helm of the regulating agency. In the period starting in 2006, Peru has brought into the legal and regulated fold 100% of slots and casino operations, which operate wholly in line with the current legislation.
