Multitone

The PageSwitch

Our technology played an important part in encouraging wild birds to breed. By playing the recording of wild Terns at regular intervals it was intended to encourage the wild birds to move to other areas along a beach.

PageSwitch was responsible for ensuring that the birdsong was played when needed, all of this being done remotely so the birds did not become anxious. English naturalist, David Bellamy was an active participant in this campaign. Coverage for our activity was in Land Mobile magazine. A full article on how technology was able to help nature, with a photo of Michael Schwope, a Multitone engineer is available on request.
