NOLAN’S ROLLIN’ WITH PREMIER PLAYERS TROPHY Nolan Smith was the first-ever winner of the Premier Players of College Basketball Trophy, which was determined by a national fan vote.


NOLAN, KYLE NOT THE ONLY DEVILS IN MIX FOR NATIONAL HONORS Senior managers Pat Thompson and Sarah Helfer were among four finalists for the National Manager of the Year award, earning $5,000 for Duke’s scholarship fund.


NATIONAL AWARD FLOWS TO RIVERS Incoming freshman Austin Rivers was named Naismith National High School Player of the Year on March 10th. The Florida guard averaged 29.2 PPG in his senior year.


KYRIE TO JOIN NOLAN & KYLE IN NBA DRAFT Freshman Kyrie Irving announced plans to enter this year’s NBA Draft. The point guard is projected to be one of the top picks at the June draft in Newark, NJ.
