TomWronowski Men’s Head Coach
Tom Wronowski is entering his 14th season as the head coach of the Siena men’s golf team. Since taking over the program in the spring of 1997, he has installed the tools necessary to make Siena one of the premier programs in the MAAC. His student athletes are committed to a year-long program of com- petition and conditioning.
During his tenure, Wronowski has been named MAAC Men’s Golf Coach of the Year three times (2005, 2007, 2010) and led the Saints to back-to-back MAAC Champion- ships and NCAA Tournament appearances in 2006 and 2007. Most recently, Wronowski has coached Dan Abbondandolo and Don DeNyse to great success. Abbondandolo competed in two straight U.S. Amateurs and DeNyse won the Men’s Golf MAAC Rookie of the Year in 2008.
Wronowski, a 1972 graduate of C.W. Post College, resides in Latham with his wife, Susan. He is also the father of Siena women’s golf coach, Dave Wronowski. The duo marks the first time Siena has had a father-son duo coach the same sport.

Dave Wronowski enters his sixth season as the Saints’ head women’s golf coach.
Under Wronowski’s guidance, the Saints have captured the MAAC Championship in each and every one of his years. Heading into the 2010-11 season, the women’s golf program at Siena has now won an unprece- dented ten straight MAAC titles.
Last season,Wronowski was named MAAC Coach of the Year after guiding the Saints to yet another MAAC Championship under the newly-expanded six-team conference.
Wronowski comes to Siena after a stellar playing career at Skidmore College where he was named to the Golf Coaches Association of America All-American Honorable Mention list and earned Academic All-American honors. As part of the nationally-ranked Skidmore team, he captured the Upstate Collegiate Athletic Conference Player of the Year Award and Palamountain Invitational. Most recently, Wronowski was named to his alma mater’s Hall of Fame in 2005.
Wronowski is the son of Siena College head men’s golf coach, Tom Wronowski. The duo marks the first time Siena has had a father-son duo coach the same sport.
