SPRING 2010: Appeared in four events…Led team by fin- ishing 36th at Navy Invitational (4/18)…Finished tied for second at MAAC Championships (5/2) after posting a 224 total score (75-75-74).
FALL 2009: Appeared in all four fall invitationals…Shot season-low round of 74 in the opening round of the Leo Keenan Invitational (9/20).
SPRING 2009: Made one spring appearance during injury- plagued season…Finished tied for 19th overall at the Lonnie Barton Memorial Invitational with rounds of 83 and 77.
FALL 2008: Saw action in three of four fall events…Finished in the top-10 individually twice…Finished fifth overall (-1) at the Cornell Invitational (9/27-28)…Placed tied for sixth at the Lehigh Invitational (10/25-26).
BEFORE SIENA: Earned four letters as a member of the golf team at Shenendehowa…Team captain…Section II Champion as a senior…Most honored player junior year …Suburban Council champion as a sophomore.
PERSONAL: Born November 19, 1989 in Albany, N.Y…The son of John and Ann Deitz…Has a younger sister, Katie…A finance major who aspires to be a professional golfer… Enjoys hockey and art in his spare time…Chose Siena for the proximity to home and small school atmosphere.
