1. Client comfort -Where possible, try a couch before you buy it. If you aren’t comfortable on it your customer won’t be either. Comfort is the number one priority during any salon treatment.
2. Function First - The look of the furniture is important but its function is vital. Salon owners need to think about how the furniture will be used before they buy them.
3. Cost Conscious - Cost is always a key factor when purchasing any type of equipment but quality couches needn’t be expensive. Basic couches are available, these are durable, functional and stylish but not over-priced.
4. Buying ‘cheaply’ is always a false economy -You normally get what you pay for. I feel that when you buy salon equipment you need to ensure that the goods you purchase are right for your circumstances and not just the cheapest. Reliability, safety, quality and durability are vital.

Quality
