Alone at Last
With a simple plan built around a large, bright great room that opens onto low-maintenance decks, this home is perfect for empty-nesters or small families.

EARTH-SAVING IDEA
This plan pays special attention to exterior durability. Decking materials are made from wood-plastic composites with high recycled content, and 24” overhangs protect siding from rain and sun damage. Rain screens separate siding from walls, offering a safe channel for moisture. Porch overhangs extend the life of entry doors.
