DCS Awards: Nominations deadline extended
The Data Centre Solutions Awards (DCS awards) are a brand-new set of end-user focused awards that reward the successful implementation of products and services by companies and teams that have made a significant contribution to their organisations’ IT environment.
The awards feature 13 categories providing a wide range of options for organisations and individuals involved in the IT industry to participate.
The closing date for the nominations has now been extended to 11th April 2011.
All nomination/entry fees will be donated to Make-A-Wish foundation® UK along with the charity auction proceeds on the night. After the submissions are made a judging panel of respected UK editors and analysts validated entries will announce ‘Finalists’ to be forwarded for voting in April by the readership of the Angel Business Communications stable of IT publications.
The winners will be announced at the evening of the 19th May 2011 after the Datacenter Technologies Academy in London.
What are the benefits of having the DCS Awards ceremony on the same day as the Datacenter Technologies Academy in London?
We have had a lot of feedback that the closing date for entries was a little bit too early for many organisations – so we decided to extend the deadline to 7th April 2011.
Therefore we believe moving the date of the awards ceremony to the night of the Datacenter Technologies Academy in London will bring many benefits for everyone such as:
Datacenter Technologies Academy is one of the well recognised Datacenter events in the UK.
Attend educational SNIA presentations and speak to leading IT Vendors at the Academy during the day and network with your clients and potential partners in the evening at the DCS awards – 2 events in 1 location
With many of your clients already attending the Datacenter Technologies Academy, let them join you for the opportunity in receiving a DCS Award
