Underlining its critical and popular success, the 3x90 minute series from Hartswood Films, now recommissioned for a second run, was a big winner at the RTS Craft Awards, where it scooped three awards for best drama editing, best picture enhancement and best original title music. “Innovative, constantly surprising and
joyfully playful, the editing complemented the narrative, and offered fresh perspective and insight into the stories,” was the verdict of the RTS judges on Sherlock’s edit, carried out by offline editor Charlie Phillips on Avid Media Composer.
