G2E 2010

G2E 2010 I

t had quality visitors, in good numbers, and a great atmosphere. This year’s G2E felt more vibrant, had more buzz, than last year’s show. Business was done, deals were discussed, and everyone left feeling happy. Casino International rounds up the best

product we saw at the Global Gaming Expo in Vegas…

Atronic

Atronic had a strong line-up at G2E including new additions to their linked gaming lines, and the striking new OXYGEN cabinet, which also comes in a slant-top option. It’s a great looking cabinet, with twin 22” TFT screens and excellent sound coming via a 4.1 speaker configuration. It’s powered by Atronic’s sensys EP platform, which makes it ready to handle downloadable content thanks also to its simplified button panel. OXYGEN is also Game to System (G2S) compatible and supports all major casino systems and player tracking modules.

Master ROULETTE is

Atronic’s cabinet-based digital roulette solution, with both European or American roulette, and two modes of play to suit player preferences. Master ROULETTE offers bet pattern memory, draw history, and on- demand previous game details. Also on show were Hot &

Wild, based on the well-known CASH FEVER progressive link and featured on the new OXYGEN cabinet. Furthermore, Doggie Cash, which uses the world-famous Artist Collection’s The Dog; this multi-level progressive features two bonus rounds and branding that people will go crazy for. Also Magic 5’s features an incredible EIGHT progressive levels, so that’s sure to be a draw on the casino floor – and customers can win any progressive at any time without the need to enter into a bonus game. Finally, Atronic’s superb-looking Stargate SG-1 continues to impress. It’s a sturdy licence, and Atronic have really come up trumps with the cabinet and overall installation design. It’s very easy to see why this is proving so popular internationally.

Innocore Innocore had two things to shout about in

Vegas – their recent acquisition by Advantech, and their new products launched at the show. There were two new boards (integrated single board computers), the DPX-S415 and the DPX- S425.

Atronic’s diversity multi-game solution brings

together some of their top-performing titles (including stand-alone progressives) into a single cabinet, which is an attractive option for players – not least because with diversity, the player can choose the game and with it the volatility according to their preference. Perfect for venues with limited space or an international clientele.
