Portland’s food culture is rich, eclectic, and innovative, and its theme is Fresh, Local Organic, Seasonable, and Sustainable. “Taste” your way through some of Portland’s trendiest neighborhoods while getting an excellent view of the city at the same time. Portland is “green,” livable, and easy to get around in with its streetcars and pedestrian-friendly downtown. Head out of Portland to Mount Hood and the Timberline Lodge, a classic ski resort and a National Historic Landmark with breathtaking views of the mountains and the national park, for lunch. Built in
