Listen Your Way to Abundance

magine a single sound supporting optimal health. Does sound have the capability of waking up the healing ca- pacity of our cells, tissues, and organs? Might consciously using sound put back into order that which is “out of tune” in our mind, body, emotions and even life circumstances? Ancient wisdom says yes. It teaches us that sound has a remarkable power to balance and bring life into har- mony. Many spiritual traditions name the creative energy of sound expressed though music as a source of healing, growth and empowerment.

Movement is the key component through which we

achieve balance. While all forms of sound may be utilized to promote positive change, sound in the form of music is the most frequent and unconscious vibrational pathway of movement in our daily existence. It is the most valuable energetic tool available for moving toward and eventually living in abundance. There is no easier way to balance our- selves, our environment, and our lives than through music. Any professional Sound Healer or Energy Diagnostic

practitioner will confi rm that a variety of physiologic functions are often altered in positive ways through the strategic use of sound. Simply listening to carefully selected pieces of music may encourage serenity, lower blood pressure and heart rate as well as increased immune function. Healers often name music as a benefi cial tool in reducing and tolerating pain while working with women in labor, people suffering from cancer, and trauma patients. The power of music is limitless. human body. Seven energy centers within this system record and carry the vibration of all our experiences, much like the brain records everything it encounters. Each center is associated with a particular tone and rhythm so the physi- cal body breathes in the vibration of what it hears and feels. When used consciously, music is a gateway to fi nd- ing our personal equilibrium point. This energetic point of health and balance promotes not only hearing our own inner music, but listening to it from our deepest part of self. Navigating from our personal equilibrium point and fl owing with our internal vibration helps us attract what we most desire. Full benefi t from this fl ow is experienced only when the physical body is in a state of homeostasis or balance. Utilizing our own collection of tones guides us to live life in the positive realm and attract abundance at an accelerated speed, enhancing the alignment of mind, body and spirit. Thus, the energetic structures behind music support recognizing imbalances and as a result, break the chain of outdated patterns. New fences may be built to hold in and ground the various laws of attraction. Do you just go along with whatever music is avail-

able? Or do you consciously select music that brings you peace of mind, happiness and an opening to attract that which you most deeply desire?
