FRee S3U40G5 Balance. The polyamide from BASF’s new flame-retar-

dant Ultramid FRee line exhibits low water uptake, is resistant against chemicals and has passed all inter- nal tests at the internationally renowned manufacturer of electronic components. As a polyamide 6.10, it is based largely (over 60 %) on renewable resources and is thus the first representative of the Ultramid FRee Balance product family.
