Manderson Landing is located at the intersection of Jack Warner Parkway and Hackberry Lane at the edge of the University of Alabama campus.
BIKE SUPPORT USA Triathlon is proud to call VeloCity the official bike support shop for the 2010 USA Triathlon Age
Group, Sprint and Elite National Championships. A bike mechanic will be at bike check-in on Friday, Sept. 24 from 4-7 p.m. Bike mechanics also will be available for athletes on Friday, Sept. 24 from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. at VeloCity Pro Cycle. Bike support will be on site Saturday, Sept. 25 and Sunday, Sept. 26 at the transition area at Manderson Landing. Bike support is provided by Velocity Pro Cycle, which is located at 2318 4th street, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401. The bike shop phone number is 205-344-5971.
WRISTBANDS
All athletes will receive a wristband at packet pick-up, which must be worn through race day. This wristband will allow athletes to check bikes in and out of transition. For the safety of the athletes and their gear, no one will be allowed into transition without a wristband.
BODY MARKING & TIMING CHIPS
All athletes will be given decals at packet pick-up for body marking. Decals must be applied before arrival on race morning on both arms and both legs. Volunteers will mark athletes’ right calf with race age on race morning. Timing chips will be picked up race morning at the entrance of transition.

Friday, Sept. 24
All athletes must park in the Moody Music lot or the athletic lots on Friday for packet pick-up (see map).
Athletes will need to park in the Campus Drive Parking Deck for the mandatory bike check-in at Manderson Landing. This parking deck is located at the corner of Campus Drive East and Hackberry Lane. The parking deck is approximately 0.7 miles from race site. DO NOT park on the sides of Jack Warner Parkway or in dormitory parking. Violators will be towed at the owner’s expense.
