The average surface temperature red- uction, over all equipment, with a six coat coverage (approximately 300 microns total thickness) was an average of 17.5%, with the highest temperature diffe- rence achieved on the exterior of a commercial fryer, reducing the temperature by 48.6° Fahrenheit, from 210.2° F to 161.6° F.
