Here at the Pavilions customer feedback is extremely important to us and we use it wherever possible to improve the experiences of our customers!

www.plymouthpavilions.com where you can book your tickets 24/7 365 days a year!
Feedback: I’d like to be able to choose my own seats when booking my tickets on your website. I always like to sit in an aisle seat but the ‘best available’ option won’t necessarily offer me this. Mr A Johns
Pavilions: You can now ‘Select Your Own Seat’ when booking online for the majority of our shows! Our brand new state of the art booking system used in prestigious venues such as the Royal Albert Hall and Sydney Opera House allows you to view all available seats in the Arena and choose exactly where you would like to sit.
Feedback: When booking my tickets online I’d like to be able to see from the seating plans exactly where in the Arena the seats are, but they’re not really clear enough at the moment. Mrs S McCauley
Pavilions: We have added new colour coded seating plans to our website, complete with zoom functionality that allows you to pin point the exact seat you would like to book! Or why not take one of our 3600
virtual tours to get a true feel for our arena?
Feedback: Whenever someone really famous comes to the Pavilions I can never seem to buy tickets on your website as it crashes and I have to phone the Box Office. Mr P Emery
Pavilions: You are now able to purchase tickets on our website for high profile shows at the time they initially go on sale. Sometimes the number of tickets may be limited for certain reasons, but the system in place is now robust enough to cope with a high demand.
You will be able to ‘Select Your Own Seat’ when booking online for all shows carrying this symbol.
