The Fun Pool is a fantastic environment for all the family, with water slides, water cannons and water dumps, plus a gentle sloping beach area, wave machine and spa
General Swimming sessions run seven days a week and all ages and abilities are welcome. Adult to child ratios do apply and times vary so please contact us or visit our website for more details.
Fun Sessions Friday, Saturday and Sunday 5.30pm - 7pm for family fun.
Group Swimming Lessons Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. (Term time) Private lessons are also available.
Ladies Only Swimming Thursday 11am - 12.30pm. (Term time, under 5s welcome)
Young@Heart
(Over 50s & Disabled) Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am - 11am. (Term time) 9am - 10.30am. (Holiday time)
2 for 1 Swimming Monday 3.30pm - 7pm. (Term time)
Parents and Toddlers Tuesday and Friday 9am - 11am. (Term time) 9am - 10.30am. (Holiday time)
Scuba Diving Run all year round by In Deep Diving and Plymouth Diving Centre.
NPLQ Courses National Pool Lifeguard Qualification courses run regularly.
ASA Swimming Teacher Qualifications Courses run regularly to qualify you as a swim teacher.
Discounts for group bookings of 15 people or more.
Both our Rink and Pool are fully accessible to wheelchair users.
