Parking
There are two car parks next to the Pavilions. The Pavilions car park on Millbay Road and the Western Approach multi-storey car park. The bridge link between the Western Approach car park and the Pavilions remains open for 30 minutes after the end of a show.
Customer Information
If you encounter any problems at a show, please let one of our House Managers know immediately and they will do all that they can to rectify the problem. We really value customer feedback and if you do have any comments on any aspect of our services please let us know via our Customer Feedback Forms which can be found in house, online at

Whilst we do our best to admit latecomers to a performance or an event during a suitable break, late admission cannot always be guaranteed.

All ticket prices quoted by Plymouth Pavilions are for tickets purchased in advance of the show. The show promoter reserves the right to increase the price for tickets bought at the door on show dates.
Security searches may be carried out at certain performances and events.
The use of cameras, recording equipment or mobile phones is strictly prohibited in the Arena.
Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
CCTV is in operation throughout Plymouth Pavilions for the purposes of crime prevention and detection.
Concessions
Please note that only one concession (which includes child prices) applies per ticket. Please inform us if you are entitled to a concession at the time of booking as changes cannot be made once tickets have been issued. No concessions can be retrospectively applied.
Plymouth Pavilions reserves the right to promote special ticket offers in addition to those published in our Season Brochure and on our website. These cannot be applied retrospectively, may be subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time.

Group Booking Facility
Our Group Booking facility is available for groups of ten or more. This facility allows you to book now and pay later, securing your seats for the show. For groups of ten or more, we waive the processing fee and some shows have additional benefits which are detailed in the show description within this brochure. Whatever your query about group bookings please do not hesitate to contact us on 01752 263326 and our staff will be delighted to help. Alternatively you can email us at groupsales@
plymouthpavilions.com. If required, we can arrange drinks receptions and other catering to meet your needs.
Accessibility
Plymouth Pavilions is firmly committed to enabling all our patrons to participate in our events and facilities equally and with dignity and respect.
We have a wide range of access facilities and services throughout the building, including the Arena, Fun Pool and Ice Rink. Wheelchair spaces are available for all shows and we operate a discount scheme for those who need someone to be present in order to assist them to access the Pavilions and its services. We have facilities for customers who are blind or partially sighted and for those who are hard of hearing.
Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any particular access needs and we will be delighted to discuss your requirements.
