HOMICIDES 51ST ST., 200 block 9:12 a.m. July 12. An unidentified person with gunshot wounds was found at a public housing area. The person was taken to the D.C. Medical Examiners office and pronounced dead. ROBBERIES BENNING RD., 4300 block, 10:30 to 10:35 p.m. July 12. A male robbed a female pedestrian of a purse containing keys to a vehicle, then fled in the vehicle. BENNING RD., 4500 block, 3:19 a.m. July 11. A man with a knife tried to rob a person at a gas station. A man, 34, was arrested. BLADENSBURG RD., 800 block, 9:30 to 9:35 p.m. July 12. A male robbed a male at a gas station and fled on a bicycle.


CHANNING ST., 2000 block, 3:26 to 3:30 a.m. July 10. A gunman and two accomplices robbed three pedestrians of property. GST., 1000 block, 2:20 to 2:25 a.m. July 9. A gunman robbed three pedestrians of property and fled with two male accomplices. GALLATIN ST., 600 block, 12:01 a.m.


July 9 to 12:02 a.m. July 10. A gunman robbed a male at a residence, then fled with two male accomplices. JUST ST., 5000 block, 10:12 to 10:15 p.m. July 13. A male assaulted and robbed a male pedestrian. KENILWORTH AVE., 1300 block, 8:16 to 8:20 a.m. July 8. A gunman assaulted a male at a gas station, robbed him of keys to a vehicle and fled in it with a male accomplice. MEADE ST., 4900 block, 9 to 9:05 p.m. July 9. A gun robbed a male at a residence. A struggle ensued, and a bullet was fired into the residence and struck a female in the arm. The robber fled with an accomplice. MINNESOTA AVE., 3800 block, 3:30 to 3:40 p.m. July 11. A male robbed a male at a gas station, then fled with two accomplices. MORSE ST., 300 block, 2:30 p.m. July 1. Two males assaulted and robbed a male. NEW YORK AVE., 1600 block, 9:10 to 9:19 a.m. July 10. A male forced a female from a vehicle, robbed her of property and fled in the vehicle. PST., 1-99 block, 1:30 a.m. June 20. Two gunmen forced two people from a vehicle and fled in it. PATTERSON ST., 1-100 block, 2:40 to 2:50 a.m. July 10. A person assaulted and robbed a male in a restroom at a nightclub.


QUEENS CHAPEL RD., 2500 block, 3:25 to 3:35 a.m. July 10. Two gunmen assaulted and robbed two pedestrians, then fled with two accomplices. TAYLOR ST., 400 block, 3:40 to 3:42 a.m. July 12. A gunman robbed a male of cash and other property. THIRD ST ., 6011 block, 9:50 to 9:55 a.m. July 8. A gunman and a male accomplice assaulted a female pedestrian and took her purse. FOURTH ST. AND LINCOLN RD., 9:15 to 9:20 p.m. July 9. Several people assaulted and robbed a male cyclist. FOURTH ST., 1300 block, 8:40 to 8:58 p.m. July 10. Two males assaulted and tried to rob a male pedestrian. They fled without property.


SEVENTH AND KEARNY STREETS, 9:25 p.m. July 10. Two males robbed two female pedestrians of property. Two 14-year-olds were arrested. 10TH ST. AND MARYLAND AVE., 3:45 to 3:47 p.m. July 8. A male juvenile robbed a male pedestrian of property, then fled with several accomplices. 15TH ST., 2300 block, 12:37 to 12:50 a.m. July 11. A male robbed a female of a vehicle. 21ST ST., 800 block, midnight July 13. A gunman robbed a male at a residence. 45TH ST., 1000 block, 3:12 to 3:15

A gunman entered the residence of a female acquaintance through an unlocked door, then fled in a vehicle. 36TH ST., 100 block, 5 p.m. July 8 to 6 a.m. July 9. Property was stolen from an apartment entered by forcing open a rear door. 48TH ST., 900 block, 2:35 p.m. July 13. Property was stolen from a residence by a male intruder, who

HOMICIDES 11TH ST. AND COLUMBIA RD., 8:31 p.m. July 10. A gunman approached two pedestrians from behind and began shooting. Jonathan Sanchez Estep, 24, of Washington was found lying on a sidewalk with gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The other pedestrian was taken to a hospital. SEXUAL ASSAULTS NICHOLSON ST., 6 p.m. Feb. 14 to 6 p.m. Feb. 15. A man sexually assaulted two female relatives in a residence.


PINEY BRANCH RD. AND VENABLE PL., 9 a.m. Mar 18. Two males forced a female into the back of a vehicle and forced her to perform sex acts. Two other males were in the vehicle. PRINCETON PL., 12:30 p.m. July 9. A man sexually assaulted a female acquaintance. ROBBERIES COLUMBIA RD., 600 block, 12:30 p.m. July 12. A young man followed a female pedestrian, told her he had a handgun, snatched her iPod and fled.


COLUMBIA RD., 1600 block, 1:25 a.m. July 12. Three men on bicycles struck and kicked a male pedestrian, took property and fled. He was treated at a hospital. COLUMBIA RD., 1800 block, 3 p.m. July 12. A man asked a female in a restaurant for a quarter, and when she declined, he took property from her backpack and ran off, with the female chasing him. A police officer approached. A man, 49, was arrested. The woman’s property was recovered.


CONNECTICUT AVE., 1600 block, 5:45 p.m. July 10. A man approached the cash register is a store, acting as if he intended to buy something. But he implied he had a weapon and ordered an employee to open the register. He took cash and drove off in a car. DELAFIELD PL., 800 block, 12:30 a.m. July 12. Three men assaulted a male pedestrian, took his wallet and cellphone and fled. GRANT CIR., 1-99 block, 3 a.m. July 12. A gunman approached a male on a motor scooter, ordered him to the ground and drove off on the scooter. HST., 1000 block, 4:30 p.m. July 8. A man fell into a pedestrian, saying he had something wrong with his leg. But when the man walked away, the pedestrian discovered that his money clip was missing. JUNIPER ST., 800 block, 9:37 p.m. July 11. Two boys got out of a van
