Purchase options • Client pays full balance for plot. Clients’ are then able to grant one of three US house builders an option to buy the plot at a pre agreed strike price of 140% of the original purchase price. In return for acquiring the option to purchase the plots at either three, four or fi ve years (depending on the option chosen) the client will receive an annual yield of 7.75%, 6.75% or 6.25% for the three, four or fi ve year option respectively.
