Like many of the industries we serve the valuation sector has had a
turbulent 24 months, with a number of competitors ceasing to trade
and further turmoil ahead. Against this backdrop it is pleasing to
receive recognition for the efforts we have put in to support our
clients at a time when our role is possibly more important to them
than ever. Knowing that the award was decided on by lenders shows
we are getting many things right. But rather than rest on our laurels
this will serve as an incentive to make ourselves push the bar higher
as we move through 2010.
