We are delighted to collect an award for best general insurance sales
as this is an area of the business we have focussed on in the past 18
months. Like all brokers we have not been able to rely solely on
mortgages and have had to diversify. GI has been a big focus of our
managed services team which revisits our client bank aiming to
improve their cover. When a mortgage is transacted it is critical that
our core product key performance indicators remain strong and
there’s no better example of this than our GI-to-mortgage ratio.
