AnCatt Provides Conductive Polymer Nanoparticle Dispersion Technology
many interesting applications such as electrostatic dissipation coatings, electromagnetic interference shielding, static resistant fibers, conductive inks/ toners, conductive adhesives, conductive textiles, etc. The Company is currently using it as anti-corrosi- on pigment, and it works like a miracle.
This nanoparticle dispersion technology are extru- dable and soluable in many organic solvents such as ethanol. It enables large-scale commercialization of conductive polymer applications that have long been anticipated, such as anti-corrosion primers, electrostatic dissipation coatings, electromagnetic interference shielding, static resistant fibers, conduc- tive inks, conductive toners, conductive adhesives, conductive textiles, etc.
The environmentally friendly coating technologies have successfully utilized this dispersion in corrosion protections, and AnCatt‘s coatings have withstood over 5,000 hours of Salt Fog Exposure (ASTM B 117) and Cyclic Weathering (ASTM D 5894) tests with no appearance of rust or blister.

consists of a unique primer which does not contain
nCatt invented a soluable and processable
conductive polymer composite. It enables

any heavy-metal anticorrosion pigments, a top layer, and an optional interlayer.
This technology provides an excellent solution to hexavalent chromium-free anti-corrosion coatings for aluminum and its alloys, and for steels it provides a smarter solution which is scratch tolerant and cost effective.
The Company is currently seeking partners to licensing/commercialize this new technology.
