Q: Do you offer a loan car service? A: Yes. We offer a selection of Mercedes-Benz loan cars (automatic and manual) subject to availability. Please contact us for further information
Q: What documentation do I require for a loan car? A: On the day of collection we will need to see:
Full UK Driving License (both parts if applicable), Copy of Insurance cover if covered by yourself.
Q: Will the repairs affect the manufacturers warranty on my vehicle?
A: No, provided the repairs are undertaken by
an Mercedes-Benz Approved Bodyshop such as ourselves.
Q: Is the loan vehicle complimentary?
A: Yes. There is no charge for the loan car however we do require the car to be fully comprehensively insured during the loan period. You can undertake this yourselves or we can cover the car on your behalf at a cost of £10 per day or a maximum charge of £50 should you require it longer than 5 days.
Q: How long will my repairs take? A: There are a number of factors that can influence this.
Once your repairs are authorised by yourself or your insurance company we will contact you to give you an approximate completion date. We will also keep you updated via phone or text should you require it.
