The benefits of Service Care Plans.
- Guarantees the price that you pay today is the price for the next 2 or 3 services, so your payments won‘t increase even if inflation does.
- Fixed monthly costs make it easier for you to budget by enabling you to spread the cost of servicing. With a full Mercedes-Benz Service you’ll be adding a Mercedes-Benz Official Workshop stamp to your service history. Nine out of ten customers would rather buy a Mercedes-Benz that had been serviced at an Official Workshop than an independent repairer.
- Knowing that your car will only be worked on by manufacturer trained technicians using genuine parts and approved lubricants gives you the reassurance that your car will continue to perform for you as the designers intended it to.
- If your car is purchased on finance then the Service Care Plan payment can easily be added in to your monthly budget plan.
- The flexibility that throughout Service Care Plans you are able to take your car to any Mercedes-Benz Official Workshop for a service.
- Fully transferable to a new owner if you sell your Mercedes-Benz, providing that the plan is paid for up front.

Service Care Plans have been designed to be comprehensive in the cover they provide, yet simple in the way you can manage and pay for them, and are available over a length of time that best suits your requirements.
Models covered. Vehicles aged up to 7 years old: A-Class, B-Class, C-Class, SLK-Class, CLK-Class, E-Class, CLS-Class, M-Class, SL-Class, CL-Class, GL-Class and R-Class
What’s included. Service Care Plans cover the cost of all manufacturer recommended service items required on the Electronic Service Sheet (ESS), including for example, brake fluid, spark plugs, fuel filter, air filter and screen-wash.
Service Care Plan options. To give you total flexibility, you can choose to sign up to a Service Care Plan for the next two or three services. Your local Mercedes-Benz Retailer will help you decide the most suitable option.
Paying monthly. To give you a more affordable servicing solution, you can choose to pay a convenient fixed monthly price according to the model of your car. This price starts at just £23.00 a month, and can be spread out as follows:
• 2 Services can be spread over 12 or 24 months
• 3 Services can be spread over 12, 24 or 36 months
Paying up front. If you’d prefer not to make monthly payments but want to take control of future service costs, you can choose to pay the full amount of your services up front. This also gives you the added benefit of being able to pass on any unused services if you sell the car.
Payment methods. For extra convenience, monthly payments can be made by direct debit, and one-off payments can be made either by debit/credit card or by cheque.
