Symptoms of Erectile Dysfunction
The following are telltale signs of ED: Not being able to get an erection
Not being able to get a firm enough erection Not being able to keep an erection
Not being able to get erections regularly
Having ED once in a while is normal. But if you have any of these symptoms for more than three months, or if you have trouble most times you want to have sex, talk to your doctor about treatment.
ED is often one of the first signs of other underlying conditions so don’t ignore it.
In Your 40s?
Studies show that ED in younger men can be a sign of early heart disease. If you’re between ages 40 and 49, make sure you’ve had your blood pressure and cholesterol checked, and talk to your doctor about ways to reduce your risk.
