In this image I’ve masked the outside of the airbrush and the middle, working
black against white in opposite directions to render the chrome. I also worked
on the air-hose using a cheese grater as a template to render the grip in the
ring at the top.
In this last picture I’ve worked on the last details, bringing in more light and
dark to accentuate the contrast in the entire painting, I also used a free hand
stencil to do the stars and spot light effects around the entire design. I left
everything to dry for a day then clear coated the painting using a spray can
clear called “Spray Max” I left it overnight then sanded it down with 1000 grit
and applied 2 more wet coats of clear.
