Corporate Governance
The Board of Directors seeks to ensure that the highest standards of corporate
governance operate within the Foundation Trust. For the year ended 31 March
2009, the Foundation Trust complied with all the provisions of the Code of
Governance published by Monitor, the independent regulator.
In January 2009, Robert Hodge was appointed as the deputy chair and senior
