Quick No
InterfaceFLOR carpets get top marks
for installation and maintenance.
t’s time to get smart about flooring. The hustle
and bustle of student life mean lots of coming and
going, and with so much extracurricular activity,
there’s bound to be scuffs, stains and spills.
This is where our floor coverings take the lead.
At InterfaceFLOR, our revolutionary carpets score top
grades for being easy to install and a cinch to maintain.
Libraries, lecture halls, classrooms, dorms, residence
halls – leave it to us to take the homework out of the
ground work.
QUICK CHANGE
Time for a pop quiz. Question: How long does it take
to install a modular carpet in a 4,500-square-foot
space? Answer: Half the time as a regular 12-feet roll
of broadloom (on average, 60 man-hours). With hard
flooring, expect to be patient – it takes 18 days to
install, and even that involves multiple steps such as
laying down special concrete and smoothing out the
surface before actual installation.
Want more good news? Even in difficult spaces
like computer labs and libraries, our carpets can
be installed without ever having to move books,
bookcases and desk tops or store away study
materials.
It’s all thanks to our Renovisions lift system,
which cuts out messy, time-consuming electrical
disconnections and furniture disassembly. Here’s how
it’s done: our skilled technicians use a unique lifting
equipment and specialty tools to literally pick and lift
fixtures for instant old carpet removal and fresh carpet
installation.
