down comes AFTER activity so
get your partner to complete
some sort of activity first.
After your partner has completed
your cool down ask them the
following questions to check that
you have got your message over.
1. What are the benefits of cooling
down after activity?
2. What happens to your heart rate
during a cool down?
3. Why is it important to keep
moving, especially initially, after
exercising?
4. What might happen if you don’t
cool down after activity?
