Dry Brush Your Way
To Healthier Skin
Each day the skin eliminates a fourth of the body’s toxins.
However, when these toxins become trapped in our bodies
and our skin takes a beating, giving it a dull tone, often causing
acne.
Dry brushing takes only 15 minutes. It should be done just

It is also important to use es-
sential oils or aromatherapy soap or bath oil, such as lavender,
mint or lemongrass after dry brushing. These oils will aid in
detoxifying the body, and will also provide relaxing and sooth-
ing benefi ts.
Sensitive areas, such as wounds, cuts and rashes should
never be brushed. To further stimulate the skin and stimulate
circulation, it is helpful to cycle between hot and cold water
three times.
Brushes should be cleaned once a week with warm soap
and water, and dried in an open area to avoid mildew.
Results may not be seen right away, but after 30 days
many see and feel a difference in skin tone, tightness, cellulite
and circulation.
