Choose the right call cords and accessories for your residents’ unique needs
MOMENTARY VS. LOCKING CALL CORDS – Momentary call cords feature activators, like push buttons, that complete circuits within the nurse call system. They are used if a nurse cancels the call by pushing the reset button on the wall station. Locking call cords also feature activators that call the nurse. They are used if the nurse has to cancel the call on a cord when a resident has pressed the button.
STANDARD PUSH-BUTTON NURSE CALL CORDS – Standard push-button cords are ideal for residents who do not struggle with mobility impairments and are able to hold and activate the cord on their own.
EZ CALL – EZ call cords are ultra-sensitive momentary cords that are perfect for residents with limited mobility. They are easily activated and feature a moisture- and dust-resistant switch with a 10' standard cord.
OXYGEN-SAFE CORDS – Either momentary or locking, oxygen-safe cords are also referred to as pneumatic cords.
