f someone in your household relies on electrical- ly-powered, life-support equipment, your ac-
count should have a special designa on in North- east Oklahoma Electric Coopera ve’s records.
NEOEC includes a special nota on in its member informa on system for those requiring life-sup- port equipment. Your help is needed to keep this informa on current.
If a power outage is planned for line maintenance or construc on, members with life-saving equip- ment will receive an advanced warning of the outage, along with the an cipated length of me the power will be off . If power is interrupted due to a storm or other event, line crews will be able to give priority to homes listed with life-support equipment.
If you are a member with life-support equipment in use in your home, contact the coopera ve at 800-256-6405 to request a form to register your equipment. The form must be completed by your physician and returned to the coopera ve. It could mean the diff erence between life and death. ●
