5200 Vineland Road Orlando, FL 32811, USA EARLY CHILDHOOD

At the tender age of 4 years, a blessed child was found immersed in deep silence and meditation. Her family, neighbors and all the people around were amazed to experience a child with deep spiritual devotion and a charismatic ‘God Persona’. The teachers in school were also overwhelmed by the aura of this sacred child. In a very short time everyone around her realized that she was indeed a gifted child. At a time when other children would play, she would be found engrossed in an inner journey to understand the world of sublime. She would continue this inner journey into self-realization along with her academic studies into excellence.

SADGURU

Over time this gifted child with her continuous and arduous meditation and divine grace of her spiritual master attained enlightenment at an early age and was anointed as a “Sadguru” (GU. RU. From darkness to light), Meditation Guru, ‘Archna Didi’ (as she is lovingly called by all) is a Sadguru.

SHARING MEDITATION EXPERIENCES

While having acquired spiritual bliss at a very tender age itself, “Didi” as she is fondly called, has not been content only with her own spiritual attainments, she decided to share the art of mastering the inner self and spreading happiness in the society by connecting people from all walks of life so that our ancient philosophy, ideology, values are nurtured and imbibed by all.

She has distinguished herself in many ways including development of various meditation techniques by combining ancient Indian meditation practices with deep understanding of human psychology in the current context making the workshops extremely unique, enjoyable and effective for people from all walks of life.

She brings in herself a unique combination of tradition and modernity with her fluency of both Hindi and English. Her words touch the hearts of all the devotees may they be elderly persons, women, men as well as children. The meditation techniques which she uses while teaching bring years of her experience and research together with a combination of different tools such as music, yoga, laughter, dance and simple narratives drawn from spiritual scriptures and daily life experiences. Her techniques are simple, effective and are designed by understanding the busy schedule of today’s life.

All the participants have hands on practical experience of “Being” and even sometimes bliss that is felt in deep meditation. The workshops are designed in such a manner that they can be practiced by a housewife; to a student or to a working professional to bring excellence in all aspects of their lives.

Didi takes workshops on the vast ancient Indian mystical science of chakras and Kundalini Shakti. Balancing of chakras not only removes blockages, illnesses, stress and depression but brings out the hidden potential of an individual. One radiates with inner peace and illuminates with bliss. These workshops not only help in transforming the personality of an individual but apart from giving spiritual growth helps the individual to become more competent, skillful and even aids in his mental, physical and financial growth. Any person attending the workshop begins to understand oneself and lovingly nurtures one’s relationship with family and society as a whole.
