Highly Sensitive, Empathic or Introverted? L 12
icensed Clinical Social Worker, Patti Sabla has recently moved her private practice from Maui to Central Florida and is now taking new clients. She does talk therapy
and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) at her office in Orange City. Patti works with women who are like herself, highly sensitive, empathic or introverted. One of the most common themes Patti sees is women
who are caught up in the perfectionism trap. Tis can oſten lead to “people-pleasing” which is physically and emotionally draining. Many of her clients find that they worry too much and overthink things, oſten going straight to the worst-case scenario. Patti uses CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Terapy – change your thoughts/beliefs, which changes your feelings, which changes your negative behavior patterns, which can change your life) to help clients no longer carry guilt or stop being their own worst critic. From Mon-Turs, sessions are 60, 90, or 120-minutes depending on the client’s
needs. 60-minute sessions are $140. All sessions include an optional, complimentary 10-minutes in a Zero-Gravity Massage Chair aſter their session. Go ahead, you’ve earned it! For more info, visit
