logistics portfolio and has been constructed to a high-quality specification, including above market standard 18-metre heights to facilitate three floors of mezzanines. To maximise the height of the building, racking has been built to nine levels and utilises the very latest VNA technology. Despite the massive impact of COVID-19, bring- ing with it changes to regulations, working practices, and Government guidelines regarding social dis- tancing, the project remained on track.
